 Question #3 on protecting small town character:  Will YOUR ideal candidate answer YES or NO?

We are putting 2026 local election candidates on the spot by asking each individual candidate six direct questions Delta residents want answered.  See our attached list of questions.  Starting June 20th, we will reveal how each candidate answers.

About Question #3:

Did you know the current Official Community Plan (OCP) contains few, if any, substantive guidelines to protect the small-town character in each of the Tsawwassen, Ladner and North Delta urban centres?  No matter what type of character you want for Delta’s urban centres, if you reside in Delta, this election issue impacts YOU.
