Let me get this straight - if your judgement on an issue differs you would "understand" and would then change your ideas and decisions? I think the word is you're trying to find is capitulate. Why would I waste my vote on someone who will just bend to the majority? We need councilors who stand up for what they believe in and will push back - councilors who will represent the people that voted for them.
